About Troop 193

Boy Scout Troop 193 is an active and growing Troop in Winchendon.  We are proudly chartered by the American Legion Post 193 and are in the Wachusett District of the Heart of New England Council, BSA.  Troop 193 welcomes boys and girls, ages 11-17, there's something for everyone!

The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations.  The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship and develops personal fitness.

For over a century, the BSA has helped build the future leaders of this country by combining educational activities and lifelong values with fun.  The Boy Scouts of America believes - and, through over a century of experience, knows - that helping youth is a key to building a more conscientious, responsible and productive society.

Troop 193 strives to be the best and encourages the Scouts to be upstanding members of the community. We do all types of activities including camping on Mt. Monadnock, hiking the many trails in the North Quabbin area, rock climbing indoors and out and proudly serving the community we live in.
